Current Teega is all set for a massive release next Friday. This Manchu Manoj starrer is directed by G Nageswara Reddy, and we caught up with him for a brief chit chat. Let’s see what he has to say.
Q) Tell us about Manoj’s role in the film ?
As the title suggests, Manoj’s character will be like a live wire in the film. You will get to see a new angle in Manoj’s acting and he will entertain you with his antics.
Q) How was it working with Jagapathi Babu ?
He plays the role of Rakul Preet’s father in the film, and has performed supremely well. All his scenes with Manoj have come out nicely, and will entertain the audience big time.
Q) What was the reason for roping in Sunny Leone ?
There was a small role of a school teacher which we thought Sunny Leone would be a perfect fit. Her craze is huge, and will definitely help in selling the film more.
Q) This is your second film with the Manchu family. How was the whole experience ?
It was a wonderful experience working in this banner. There are different myths that working with them is quite hard, but if you have a good story and clarity on the script, they give you complete freedom and will never interfere in your work.
Q) What was the reaction of Mohan Babu after watching the film ?
The entire Manchu famliy is quite happy with the final product, and have predicted that Current Teega will be the biggest hit in Manoj’s career.
