Mega hero Sai Dharam Tej’s upcoming film, Jawaan, is gearing up for a December 1st release. On this occasion, we caught up with the film’s heroine Mehreen for a brief interview.
Q) Tell us about your role in the film?
A) My character’s name in the film is Bhargavi. I play a painter, who is very confident about herself and has clarity on life. She is a bubbly and simple, fun-loving girl.
Q) Working experience with Sai Dharam Tej?
A) It was a good experience working with Sai. He is a happy soul and always has a smiling face. We had a lot of fun during the shoot.
Q) How different is this film from your previous films?
A) It is a completely different role compared to my previous films. I’m doing a glamorous role for the first time. I hope the audience will receive me well in this different avatar.
Q) Tell us about your director BVS Ravi?
A) I have signed this film even without listening to the complete script. I accepted to do this film only for BVS Ravi. I’ve known him since KVPG and his belief in me has pushed me to sign this film.
Q) Your future projects?
A) I recently signed Gopichand’s 25th film. Apart from this, I’m listening to a couple of scripts in Telugu and Tamil, but nothing has been finalized yet.
