Young actor Sudhakar, who made his debut with Shekar Kammula’s Life Is Beautiful was acclaimed for his role as Nagarju. He is now back with his second film ‘Undhile Manchi Kalam Mundhu Mundhuna’ which is slated to release on December 5th. On this occasion, we caught up with Sudhakar for a brief interview. Let’s see what he has to say.
Q) What is the reason for taking a long gap after ‘Life is Beautiful’?
I got good response for Nagaraju’s character in Life is Beautiful and I have taken a gap to select a script which will provide me good recognition as an actor.
Q) Tell us something about your character in this film?
I play a jovial mass guy named Jazz Raju, whose ultimate dream is to become a rock star. How will a middle class auto driver reach his dream forms the story.
Q) How was it working with senior actress Radhika in this film ?
I am very lucky to act alongside a senior actor like Radhika and Naresh garu. Radhika plays my mom and all my scenes with her have come out quite well.
Q) Tell us about the other actors in this film ?
Young actor Kathik is been introduced with this film and he plays an hockey aspirant. Senior actor Naresh plays his father and the entire story revolves around Jazz Raju and Karthik’s role.
Q) How is it working with director Arun Dasyam ?
Arun Dasyam is my school friend and during my first film, he came to me and said that he had started a production house. One fine day, he approached me with this story. He has included all the necessary ingredients to entertain the audience big time.
Q) What are your future projects?
As of now, I have signed two films which will go on floors in December last week or January first week. I would like to do more family entertainers and I am open to also doing supporting roles.
