Ratnavelu, the cinematographer of ‘1’-Nenokkadine, cannot stop praising Mahesh Babu. Incidentally, he revealed that the presence of the actor in the film made it all the more tough for him to shoot the film. Speaking to the media, he said, “Mahesh Babu is incredibly handsome and he’s a fabulous actor. My biggest challenge was to make him appear even more handsome, capture his acting talent and at the same time, convey the emotion of the scene.”

In the past, Ratnavelu had worked on films like Arya and Jagadam. ‘1’-Nenokkadine is his third film with Sukumar and the cinematographer agreed that his rapport with Sukumar was of immense help while shooting the film. “One of the scenes in the second half had to be shot in a parking lot and we struggled a lot to light the set up since there was no external source of lighting. That was the most challenging scene in the film and Mahesh Babu was thrilled after he saw the final output,” Ratnavelu said.

Directed by Sukumar, the film stars Mahesh Babu, Kriti Sanon in lead roles. 14 Reels Entertainment banner produced the film and Devi Sri Prasad scored the music.
