Hansika is one of the busiest actresses in Tamil cinema and she has a string of big projects lined up for release this year. While she scored big hits last year with films like Singham 2, Something Something and Biriyani, her fame has touched a new high this year.
Her recent break up with Simbu has hogged all the limelight; however, the actress hasn’t spoken about it despite repeated attempts from the media. Instead, she’s concentrating on her career like never before. Her upcoming film, Maan Karate, in which she’s paired up with Siva Karthikeyan, is opening with tremendous buzz on April 4 and pre-release buzz is so good that it’s bound to take a huge start at the box-office. If the film goes on to become a blockbuster, Hansika will become unstoppable in Tamil, especially with a film each opposite Arya and Jayam Ravi in her kitty.
Meanwhile, she’s quite busy in Telugu as well this year. After acting in Pandavulu Pandavulu Thummedha, she has been roped in to play the lead role opposite Ram in Pandaga Chesko and she had another film opposite Naga Chaitanya; however, that film was shelved within days after it was launched.
