Ever since it was launched, Suriya’s upcoming film ‘Masss’ has been under constant buzz for its mysterious storyline and genre. While many say that the film is a supernatural thriller, some say that it is a con caper. Bringing the curtains down to the mystery finally, it has been confirmed that ‘Masss’ is a horror comedy.
While horror comedies are nothing new in Tamil and Telugu film industry, it is indeed surprising that a star hero is trying out this genre for the first time ever. In the past, horror comedies like ‘Muni’, ‘Kanchana’ in Tamil and ‘Prema Katha Chitram’ and ‘Geethanjali’ in Telugu have been highly successful.
The makers of ‘Masss’ wrapped up the entire shoot last night and the film is all set to release in Tamil and Telugu on 15th May.
