Nani is on a high these days. Films like Ashta Chemma, Ala Modalaiandi, Eega and Yeto Vellipoyindhi Manasu proved his strength as an actor and of late he has become a highly sought after actor by directors across the board. He’s currently acting in Krishna Vamsi’s Paisa and there’s also Samuthirakani’s Jenda Pai Kapiraju on the floors. Now, he’s going to act in the Telugu remake of Band Baaja Baarat. Yash Raj Films, one of India’s top studios, is making its foray into South Indian cinema and they have chosen Nani to act in the official remake of Band Baaja Baarat. Nani had signed the film couple of months ago and finally, he has begun working on the film.

Recently, he flew to Mumbai to meet Aditya Chopra, who heads Yash Raj Films banner, to discuss about their upcoming project. “Just met Mr Aditya Chopra and had a long chat .. All of us are excited the way things are shaping up #Newbeginnings,” Nani posted on Twitter. The costume trials and a photoshoot are underway and Nani revealed another interesting incident which happened during his trip. “They told me my costume measurements are same as shahrukh khan .. I told them I wish even the remuneration was 😉 lol,” Nani said. The film will be launched shortly and more details about the cast and the crew will be announced soon.
