Chiru, NBK and others express grief at VSR Swamy's death

The death of cinematographer VSR Swamy has sent shockwaves among the industry. Swamy was a senior cinematographer who is one of the rare technicians in the industry who has worked right from the black and white era to the latest films. Superstar Krishna who worked with Swamy in his films like Goodhachari 116, Mosagallaku Mosagadu and Alluri Sitarama Raju said that he could not believe the Swamy had passed away and passed on his condolences to Swamy's family. Megastar Chiranjeevi said that he had lost a family friend and that he and Swamy had worked together for many hit films, most recently for Indra. He said that Swamy was a man who was dedicated to his craft. Nandamuri Balakrishna said that Swamy's passing away was a personal loss to him. He said that just like a director's work is easily identifiable, Swamy's work had a stamp of its own and was easily identifiable.
