The Film Producers Council thanked the CM Dr. YS Rajasekhar Reddy for agreeing to hike the ticket prices. The CM announced the decision during the Nandi Awards function held on Sunday. Producers KS Rama Rao, C Kalyan and Ramprasad addressed a press conference last evening. 'Chief Minister Dr. YS Rajasekhar Reddy gave us a boon during the Nandi awards function. We thank him for that. We also request the CM to go look at the VAT imposed upon the film industry and take steps to abolish it. Also, the limit of prints for smaller films should be increased from 35 to 70', said KS Rama Rao.
