Director Sukumar says that the sequel to Arya will have a completely different story when compared to the original Arya. The film will have the character of Arya, Geeta and Ajay, but the story will be on completely different lines. Arya 2 stars Allu Arjun and Kajal Agarwal in the lead roles, with Navadeep and Shraddha Das play the second leads. The film is being jointly produced by Bhogavalli Prasad and Aditya Babu. The film is currently shooting in Hyderabad and will move to foreign shores soon.
