Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s Agnyaathavaasi is all set to make a huge splash at the box-office in the US. The film is slated for release in more than 576 locations, a new record for any Indian film. Interestingly, going by the current trends, the film could find a place in the top 5 films running in the US this week.
According to MovieTickets, a leading ticketing website in USA, more than 12% of the entire tickets booked on its site in the past 24 hours have been for Agyaathavaasi. Rock’s Jumanji is currently leading the pack, with Agnyaathavaasi coming at number 2 position. The film is going to premiere in several locations on Tuesday, January 9, from noon onwards, and it’s expected to take a humongous opening in the first week.
Directed by Trivikram Srinivas, the film stars Pawan Kalyan, Keerthy Suresh, Anu Emmanuel in lead roles. Anirudh Ravichander has scored the music, and Radhakrishna has produced it under Haarika Haasine Creations banner.
