S S Rajamouli is back in Hyderabad after a long schedule in Kerala where his upcoming film Baahubali was shot. Prabhas, Anushka and Rana are playing the lead roles in this film whereas Ramya Krishna, Sathyaraj, Nasser are playing important roles.

In Kerala, the film was shot close to Athirapally waterfalls and an action sequence was canned, apart from several important scenes. Rajamouli stated that he was extremely happy with the output of this schedule and that the entire team had put their heart and soul to complete the schedule as per the plan. His team is taking a break for two weeks, after which an epic war sequence is going to be shot.

The director himself has revealed that this battle sequence will be the toughest scene to shoot, in his career so far. More than 2000 junior artists and several other cast members, who underwent training for the past six months, are going to take part in the schedule. The sheer scale at which this war sequence is going to be shot is mind-boggling and on top of that, reports suggest that it’s a two month schedule. All this is turning out to be a mammoth challenge for Rajamouli and his team.

Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni are producing the film under Arka Mediaworks banner. K Raghavendra Rao is presenting it. M M Keeravani is scoring the music and Senthil is the cinematographer. The film is expected to release in 2015.
