Ramesh Varma is all set to direct a new film titled Abbayitho Ammayi. He had previously directed films like Oka Oorilo, Mallepuvvu, Ride and Veera. In fact, Veera, which released in 2011, was his biggest film till date. Despite a big star cast comprising Ravi Teja, Kajal and Taapsee, the film didn’t do well at box-office and the director has been missing from action since then.
Now, he’s planning to rope in newcomers for his upcoming film ‘Abbayitho Ammayi’. The cast is yet to be revealed; however, the film is said to be a romantic entertainer which revolves around a 18-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl. The film’s shooting has begun and more details about the film will be revealed soon.
Kireeti is producing the film under Mohan Roopa Films. Chakri is scoring the music.
