The amount of research which S S Rajamouli does for his films needs no introduction. In most cases, the pre-production itself takes months and this planning is quite evident in the way the films are shot. Performances of the principal cast are spot on and the emotional graph in this films keeps the audience hooked on to the screen throughout the film.

For his upcoming film Baahubali, Rajamouli is taking the pre-production a lot more seriously and he’s preparing the actors quite well. Prabhas, Anushka and Rana are playing the lead roles. Right from horse training to sword fighting, the principal cast has been undergoing rigorous training for the past few weeks. Now, the entire team has gathered for script reading sessions to get a better understanding of each of their characters. Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni are producing the film under Arka Media Works banner. “Script reading session for #Baahubali with the cast and crew! For most it was first time and they loved it!,” Shobu Yarlagadda posted on twitter, along with a picture from the session. Prabhas, Rana, Anushka and Nazar were some of the cast members who took part in the session.

Baahubali is expected to go on sets soon and a huge set is being erected in Ramoji Film City. Sabu Cyril is the art director. MM Keeravani is the music director and Senthil is the cinematographer. More details about the film will be revealed soon.
