After watching her critically acclaimed performance in D Day, director Anees Baazme roped ShruthiHaaasan in his upcoming film Welcome Back. Another south Indian actress, Asin, is reportedly upset with this development. In case you are wondering why, Shruti was selected in place of Asin, who was the frontrunner for the role.
Asin, who was ready to sign on the dotted line, got the shock of her life when she came to know about Shruthi’s entry. With no choice left, an upset Asin reportedly vowed never to work with the director in future.
