Now that the promotions of Spyder have started in full swing, some very interesting news is coming out daily. The latest we hear is that the US rights to the film have been sold for 15.2 crores.
This is some huge money and is a record for any Mahesh film to date. As Murugadoss is directing the film, the craze for the project is immense. The first song of the film will be out today and fans are celebrating this occasion.
Touted to be a spy drama, the film is also doing some solid pre-release business in Tamil where it is a straight release. Rakul Preet is playing the female lead in this film and Harris Jayraj scores music.
