Sumanth Ashwin is very happy with the positive response ‘Anthaku Mundhu Aa Tarvatha’ has received. He interacted with members of the press today. During the interaction, a journalist asked Sumanth an interesting question.

“You have appeared in clean films so far. Your next movie is with Maruthi, who is known for his adult themes and double meaning dialogues. How do you feel?” , asked the gentleman.

Sumanth Ashwin was quick to reply “Why are you looking at only that angle of Maruthi? Take Prema Katha Chitram. The movie is excellent. Even if you consider only the adult comedies that he has made,there is nothing wrong. People like to watch films like that. Take the American Pie series in Hollywood. They may not have good reviews or ratings. But they are popular. As for my next film with Maruthi, there is no vulgarity in it. It is a clean entertainer”.

Sumanth Ashwin also had some interesting things to say about Telugu viewers. “Telugu movie lovers are very smart. They have a good sense of humour and they always appreciate good content. Even if it is a bold or new theme, people watch it when it is packaged well. AMAT is an example.”, he said.

Sumanth thanked director Mohan Krishna Indraganti and producer Damu for giving him the opportunity to act in the movie.
