Rajinikanth was very impressed with the way director Ranjith Pa made Kabali and he immediately offered Ranjith another film in the form of Kaala. The action entertainer has completed its first schedule in Mumbai and reports suggest that the Thalaiva is super happy with the output of the film so far.
Some flashback episodes of Rajni’s character was shot in the bylanes of Mumbai and looks like Rajini is very happy with the way he has been showcased in the film.
Huma Qureshi is cast as the female lead in this film which is produced by Dhanush under his home banner.
