Apparently, this dedicated fitness freak reaches the gym 15 minutes before her each session and never misses her workouts even though she is busy with early morning call sheets. Sam jogs a lot to detox her body and maintain the glow on her skin by venting out the sweat.
A die-hard foodie, Samantha never shies away from relishing her favorite dosa, idly, vada, sweet pongal, chicken, spicy pickles and filtered black coffee. Samantha insists on a sufficient intake of proteins and consumes a lot of pulses, berries, salads, fruits and lean meat and also drinks a lot of water, juices and coconut water to hydrate her body.
