The first look of SV Krishna Reddy’s upcoming film Yamaleela 2 was launched in a grand event that was held in Hyderabad. Dr. Mohan Babu played the role of Lord Yama whereas Brahmanandam will be seen as Chitragupta. K V Satish and Diah Nicolas have played the lead roles.
Talking at the event, Dr. Mohan Babu said, “After working with SV Krishna Reddy and Acchi Reddy, I’ve realized that they are quite similar to Bapu and Ramana. They never got angry while making the film. Yamaleela 2 will be my last film as Yama and I’ve decided to not do this role again.” Brahmanandam revealed that Mohan Babu used to spend nearly 2 hours everyday to don the make-up. “His discipline is marvellous,” he said, talking about Mohan Babu.
SV Krishna Reddy thanked Mohan Babu and Brahmanandam for their support and said, “Mohan Babu is next only to NTR, when it comes to dialogue delivery. Without Mohan Babu and Brahmanandam, the film would have lost its sheen. We have completed almost 70% of the film. This will be my second innings as a director.”
