Home Minister Jana Reddy refuted the allegations of phone tapping made by the Praja Rajyam party leaders. Jana spoke to the press last evening and said that tapping someone's phone was illegal and for any action of that sort, a high level clearance was required. He was responding to the latest allegations made by the Praja Rajyam party leader Harirama Jogaiah after a letter written by him to Chiranjeevi appeared in a daily yesterday. The Home Minister said that the leak of the letter was an internal matter of the Praja Rajyam party and that the party should check its walls before making allegations against the government. He also said that the Praja Rajyam party leader Chiranjeevi was changing his yatra routes due to which incidents like the recent stampede occurred. He advised the leader to stick to the planned route and said that the police would also be able to make necessary security arrangements if plans were adhered to.
