The BJP's Vijay Sankalp Sabha is under progress in Parade Grounds in Secunderabad. Senior BJP leaders Venkaiah Naidu, Bandaru Dattatreya are present on the stage along with BJP president LK Advani. Filmstars Krishnam Raju and Sarath Babu add glamor to the stage. Congress bashing is going on in full force in the meeting. Venkaiah Naidu, in his address said that the Congress government had failed on all counts. During their five year rule, there has been no progress at all and infact they had rolled back the progress of the country by atleast 10 years, he said. He announced 'Jai Telangana – Jai Andhra Pradesh' to be the new slogan of Andhra Pradesh. BJP president LK Advani said that it seemed like the moon had come out to see the massive meeting going on in Secunderabad. He said that the Congress government had completely failed in protecting law and order in the state and country. 'The Congress government has surrendered itself to terrorism completely, they have not managed to catch the culprits of a single bomb blast that took place in the country. They have not left any thing affordable to the common man. They have not managed to keep up even one of their promises. I do not know what they will say to the people when they go to them before the polls next year', said Advani. The meeting is still in progress.
