A final year medical student created a ruckus in the ladies hostel of the Kakatiya medical college in Warangal today. Ashwin Kumar, a final year medical student of the same college entered the room of one of the girls in the hostel in the wee hours today. A private TV channel reached the campus on receiving the information and what was shocking was the fact that the student, Ashwin walked out in the full face of cameras and made no attempt to hide his face. He then escaped easily from the hostel, jumping over buildings with utmost ease. The girl who was in the room said that Ashwin has been troubling her in the college for a while now. Ashwin has a case registered against him in a ragging case in the local police station. The incident has created a sensation in the town and the private channel has also been relentless in its focus on the incident. The incident has also gained a greater significance due to the recent incidents of violence against women in the state.
