Actress turned politician Roja said that the Nandi awards were majorly biased. She said that it was the Congress party's jury that decided on the Nandi awards this year and not a film jury. 'Real artists did not get any awards. It was only the artists who were partial towards the Congress party who got awards. It is a shame that the Congress government is using the Nandi awards function also for political campaigning', said Roja.
