ISM :
Director Puri Jagannadh and Nandamuri Kalyanram joined forces for a message oriented action entertainer, ISM. The film released on October 21st and garnered positive response from fans. The film also registered career best figures for Kalyanram. After a decent opening week, the film slowed down in the second week and is currently doing average business in B, C centres.
No 2nd position at the box office. .
Kalyanram's dashing screen presence and performance are the major highlights of ISM. The actor redefined his looks and style quotient. His dialogue delivery is quite impressive. Puri's powerful dialogues and execution of certain crucial scenes are praiseworthy.
Apart from the engaging pre-climax episode, rest of the scenes in the second half run on a predictable note and don't excite much. Puri's characterization for Javed Bhai's role essayed by Jagapathi Babu lacks conviction. The climax fails to justify the film's core theme.
