Ram Gopal Varma’s Killing Veerappan, which was supposed to release on the New Year day, has been postponed due to a last minute delay in the censor formalities. However, the film’s Kannada version will be released as scheduled today.
Killing Veerappan has been facing a lot of legal hassles since its completion, but RGV managed to overcome all the pre-release obstacles and raised expectations on his film by releasing a chilling new trailer. There is no clarity over the film’s release date and we will have to wait for a further update n this regard.
Shivarajkumar, Sandeep Bharadwaj, Parul Yadav and Yagna Shetty play crucial roles in this film, which is based on the Operation Cocoon, in which the notorious sandalwood smuggler Veerappan was killed by security forces.
