Hero Balakrishna’s latest action entertainer, Ruler, hit screens yesterday amid high expectations from fans and trade circles. However, the film received average reviews from critics and movie lovers.
But despite the underwhelming reviews and a heavy competition from Sai Tej’s Prati Roju Pandaage, Ruler collected decent numbers on its opening day in the twin Telugu states. The film collected a share of Rs 4.29 crore in AP and Telangana and a lot depends on the film’s performance over the weekend.
Below are Ruler’s day 1 AP, TG area-wise share:
Nizam | 0.68 Cr |
Ceded | 1.08 Cr | Uttarandhra | 0.28 Cr |
East | 0.27 Cr |
West | 0.26 Cr |
Guntur | 1.30 Cr |
Krishna | 0.20 Cr |
Nellore | 0.22 Cr |
Total AP & TG share: Rs 4.29 Cr
