For the past few weeks, during the lockdown period following Coronavirus outbreak, celebrities have been supporting various awareness campaigns and even taking part in a few initiatives to do their bit for the society. Now, Vishnu Manchu has come forward urging people to respect health workers and police officials, who are putting their own lives at risk to help us.
In a recorded video addressing his fans on Twitter, Vishnu Manchu said that incidents of people attacking health workers and police officials is quite unfortunate. And he urged people to spread awareness that we must show compassion and gratitude towards these frontline workers who are fighting to keep our present and future secure.
Incidentally, the actor also nominated Raveena Tandon, Sunil Shetty, and Mithali Raj to continue spreading the message.
Lately we have all heard unfortunate reports of our healthcare workers being harassed and attacked. We must show compassion and gratitude towards these heroes, working with diligence and dignity – away from their homes and families – so that our present and future remains secure. pic.twitter.com/PTGegrzPhM
