It is well-known that the release of Tamil star, Vijay’s Master is stalled due to lockdown. On the other hand, hero Dhanush’s upcoming Tamil-Telugu bilingual, Jagame Tantram which is supposed to hit the screens in this month is also postponed.
Meanwhile, the buzz among Tamil circles is that as the theatrical release is not possible anytime soon, both the teams were approached by digital platforms by offering hefty deals.
As per the reports, both the films were offered double the invested amount for a digital deal but the makers rejected the proposal as they are still hoping to release big once the lockdown is over.
While Master is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Jagame Tantram is handled by Karthick Subbaraju.
