Dandamudi Box Office and Sai Sravanthi Movies launched Production No.2 with a grand pooja ceremony today. Karthik Raju and Twarita Nagar are doing the lead roles in this film, written and directed by Anji Ram. Dandamudi Avanindra Kumar, the producer of this film, gave the clap, and singer Mano switched on the camera. Young actor Akash Puri directed the first shot and lyricist Bhaskarabhatla handed over the script to the makers.
Speaking on occasion, Dandamudi Avanindra Kumar said they are glad to be launching the movie as Production No.2 and added that plans were made to shoot the film in Hyderabad, Bangkok, and Phuket over 35-40 days.
Sai Sravanthi Movies’ Gottipati Sai, also the film’s Executive Producer, stated that they are glad to team up with a talented cast and crew and added they would wrap the movie as soon as possible. Karthik Raju, the male lead, stated the film is based on actual incidents, which would have all the ingredients, such as love, action, and crime.
Twarita Nagar, the female lead, said it is a fantastic script and added she is happy to be part of the team. Director Anji Ram said he is proud to have been associated with the Dandamudi banner, which is a brand. He thanked the producer Avanindra Kumar and executive producer Gottipati Sai on this occasion. The director revealed that the story is based on social crimes, and the shoot will be completed in a single schedule which starts on November 14. Anudeep Dev is composing the music.
