Rohit Shetty is one of the top directors in the country and has not scored a flop in the last ten years or so. In the last few years, he was in the news when he made some satirical comments against the south stars.
Finally, his film Cirkus has been released today. The buzz for the film was not that great as the trailer did not click that well. Upon this, the reviews have been very bad for the film.
Senior critic Taran Adarsh termed the film as outdated. Set in the 1960s, the film has Ranveer Singh and Pooja Hegde as the main leads. The advance bookings were also low and now the dull word of mouth will further dampen the film’s progress in the days to come.
