As expected, Naatu Naatu from RRR, directed by SS Rajamouli, won the prestigious Oscar in the Best Original Song category. MM Keeravaani and Chandrabose accepted the award at the grand ceremony, and the entire India celebrated this historic moment.
Many Tollywood celebrities expressed their happiness over Naatu Naatu winning the Oscar. Chiranjeevi, the father of RRR actor Ram Charan, shared his joy with the local media in Hyderabad. He said, “It’s a proud moment for every Indian. I congratulate SS Rajamouli, Keeravaani, Ram Charan, Jr NTR, and everyone behind the success of the track.”
He further added, “It’s not fair to attribute the success to Ram Charan alone because everyone, including Jr NTR and SS Rajamouli, did their best to promote the song globally. As a father of Ram Charan, I feel very proud,” concluded the star hero.
The team will soon return to Hyderabad with the Oscar award and interact with the media. Keep checking this space for more exciting updates.
