Telugu director Raj Rachakonda made heads turn with the film Mallesham. It is the biopic of Padma Sri award winner Mallesham, who invented the Asu machine. The film featured Priyadarshi and Ananya Nagalla in the lead roles and won the hearts of many. In 2023, Raj Rachakonda directed a Hindi film named 8 A.M. Metro. The movie is based on the Telugu novel Andamaina Jeevitham written by Malladi Venkata Krishna Murthy.
Gulshan Devaiah and Saiyami Kher played the lead roles, and the film received highly positive reviews from critics. A year after its theatrical release, 8 A.M. Metro is finally making its OTT debut. This feel-good drama will be available for streaming on ZEE 5 from May 10.
8 A.M. Metro contains several poems penned by the famous poet Gulzar, and the majority of the film was shot in Hyderabad Metro. Raj Rachakonda and Kishore Ganji produced the movie, and Mark K. Robin composed the tunes. The film didn’t make much noise in theatres, and let’s see how it will be received on OTT.
