Naga Chaitanya is currently busy with the shoot of his next big film, Vrushakarma, which is being directed by Karthik Varma Dandu of Virupaksha fame. There are solid expectations surrounding this film, which is a mystical thriller. In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Naga Chaitanya discussed his recent and upcoming projects.
“Thandel in theatres and Dhootha on streaming marked a meaningful shift in my career. With Vrushakarma, I’m stepping into a bold new genre with a large canvas, while also taking on a very original and physically demanding role. Lots of exciting developments have been underway for my 25th film as well. Now, as I walk into a new year, I’m committed to cherishing moments with my family and choosing solid, impactful stories as an actor,” said Naga Chaitanya.
Meenakshi Chaudhary is the female lead in Vrushakarma, and Laapataa Ladies fame Sparsh Shrivastava plays the antagonist. Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra and Sukumar Writings are producing it. Ajaneesh Loknath will compose the music.
