Two weekends in, Dhurandhar: The Revenge continues its dominant run at the box office, delivering numbers that have taken the trade by surprise.
Headlined by Ranveer Singh and directed by Aditya Dhar, the film has grossed a staggering Rs. 1365 crore worldwide in 11 days, according to the makers. Despite the ongoing IPL season, it remained strong on Sunday and collected an impressive Rs. 71 crore nett.
The film has now surpassed the lifetime collections of Dhurandhar, marking a major milestone in its run. It has also become the fastest film to cross Rs. 800 crore nett in India, underlining its extraordinary momentum.
With Rs. 867 crore nett already accumulated in India, the film currently stands as the highest-grossing title in the country, beating the previous records held by Dhurandhar, Pushpa 2, and Chhaava.
The next target is the Rs. 1000 crore nett mark. Given its current trend, the film looks well on track to achieve it in the coming days while continuing to set new benchmarks.
