At the Thank You Meet of Samantha’s Maa Inti Bangaaram, director Nandini Reddy was asked about the absence of family elements in the film’s second half after a family-driven first half.

The director explained, “No, Raj Nidimoru garu designed the story that way. He wanted to offer something for every section of the audience. He was keen on pleasing family audiences, youth, women, and kids.”

Nandini Reddy added, “We wanted to keep Samantha at the center of the film and generate excitement by showcasing her in the best manner possible.” Gulshan Devaiah played the antagonist, while Santhosh Narayanan composed the music.
