Mirzapur The Movie is showing strong momentum at the box office. After a solid opening on Friday, the film recorded further growth on Saturday, with its Hindi version collecting Rs. 32.50 crore nett, a 16.70% increase over Friday’s Rs. 27.85 crore.
The Saturday growth is particularly notable as Friday benefited from the Janmashtami festivities. Despite the holiday advantage on day 1, the film managed to register higher numbers on day 2, indicating strong audience response.
With Rs. 60.35 crore collected in 2 days from its Hindi version, Mirzapur The Movie has made a strong start at the box office. The Telugu version, which had a limited release, has added Rs. 54 lakh in 2 days. Trade is estimating Rs. 95 crore or more by the end of Sunday. If the film crosses the Rs. 100 crore mark, it would be a major milestone for the film.
