Sigma marks the directorial debut of Tamil Nadu CM Vijay’s son, Jason Sanjay. Sundeep Kishan and Faria Abdullah play the lead roles, and the movie releases this Friday. During the promotions, Sundeep Kishan revealed a shocking experience.
He said, “I don’t want to name him, but while I was working on a film, the director (debutant) started crying on the second day of the shoot, saying he didn’t know direction. For the next one week, I handled the direction. Later, someone else took responsibility. The climax was directed by a different person again. To our surprise, the movie did well. It shaped up well too.”
Sundeep Kishan added, “I wondered how I should react when I saw him crying. Everyone was looking at me not knowing how to proceed further. If the producers got to know, they would stop the movie. I found a solution and went ahead. Every time, we learn something new.”
