Energetic hero Ram, is on a high after the success of Pandaga Chesko. He is now back with yet another commercial entertainer Shivam, which is slated for a massive release this week. On this occasion, we caught up with him for a brief interview. Let’s see what he has to say.
Q) How confident are you about Shivam ?
I have seen the film and am pretty sure that it will impress the audience big time. The vibe is quite positive and I hope it brings laurels to everyone associated with it.
Q) What is the USP of the film ?
Shivam is a typical commercial entertainer but with an intriguing story line. Climax of the film will be quite new and has been handled in a very new way.
Q) Tell us about your character ?
I play a character which has a lot of depth. He decides to do things with his gut feeling but ends up in a lot of trouble all the time.
Q) Tell us about the débutante director Srinivasa Reddy ?
Srinivas has done a wonderful job and has executed the film exactly the way he narrated me on paper. He had a lot of support in the form of some experienced technicians and delivered a good product.
Q) How was it working Raashi Khanna ?
I had a good time working with her. Our chemistry has come out quite well and I hope everyone likes it.
Q) You have been playing safe till now. When will you experiment ?
I did try to experiment in the past but things did not work out for me. Maybe in the future if I get some interesting, I will surely attempt it.
Q) Visuals look great. Tell us about the making ?
The songs in Shivam will be a visual treat for everyone. We have shot them in some exotic locations of Norway and DSP’s thumping music is an added advantage for the film.
Q) When will we see you in yet another multi-starrer ?
I am quite open to multi-starrers. If anyone comes up with some interesting ideas, I am always game for it.
Q) How is Harikatha shaping up ?
The film is nearing completion and has come out exceptionally well.
Q) Tell us about your uncle Shravanthi Ravi Kishore ?
What can I say about him. He was there for me from the beginning of my career and will always be in the future as well. He is in this industry from the past 30 years and has made films with a lot of conviction.
