Megastar Chiranjeevi is going to be the chief guest at the audio launch of Race Gurram. The event is going to be held on March 16 in Hyderabad and it’s expected to be a low-key affair and the audio will be launch without any fanfare.

Allu Arjun and Shruti Haasan have played the lead roles in the film. Surender Reddy has directed the film and it has been jointly produced by Nallamalapu Bujji and Dr Venkateshwara Rao. The buzz about the songs is quite good and S S Thaman, who scored the music, has come up with a mass album which would impress Allu Arjun’s fans. Three songs from the album have already become quite popular. The much publicised ‘Down Down Down Duppa’, sung by Shruti Haasan, ‘Sweety’ and ‘Boochade’ in particular are getting superb response.

Meanwhile, Shruti Haasan has confirmed that she won’t be attending the audio launch since she’s busy shooting for a Hindi film, Welcome Back, in Dubai. Race Gurram also stars Saloni and Ravi Kishan in important roles and it’ll hit the screens soon.
