Speaking to a Telugu daily, Nag revealed some interesting health tips which he follows without skipping a single day. He said that he has a glass of water mixed with Saffron and ginger which helps him reduce a lot of hypertension.
He also added that 7-8 hours of sleep is mandatory and keeps him quiet fit and energetic.
