Playing mythological characters is everyone’s dream but not many get to do it. Ranbir Kapoor is currently playing Lord Ram in his new film Ramayan. Sai Pallavi plays the female lead.
In one of the interviews, star casting director, Mukesh Chhabra was asked which actor in the Indian film industry is the perfect fit to play the character of Lord Ram.
Without thinking much, Mukesh said, “To play the character of Lord Rama, one needs to have a very charming and lovable smile. I feel Tollywood star Mahesh Babu is the perfect fit to play the role”.
This is a big statement as there are so many big stars in the country and Mukesh choosing Mahesh as Lord Rama is a big thing. For those who do not know, Mukesh Chhabra is India’s biggest and most famous casting director and has made the careers of many stars in Hindi cinema.
