Malupu :
Popular director Raviraja Pinisetty's sons, Aadhi Pinisetty and Satya Prabhas Pinisetty, teamed up for the first time for Malupu. This intelligently scripted suspense thriller opened on February 19 to positive reviews and a decent response from its target audience. Malupu is performing well in A centres and is doing an okay business in B and C centres.
No 3rd position at the box office. .
The major plus point in Malupu is its highly engaging suspense factor which was maintained till the end. Aadhi's brilliant performance is yet another plus for this film. The film's tight second half helps the proceedings until the end.
Malupu has quite a lethargic first half and the main story kickstarts only in the second half. The film's runtime is a tad too long for a suspense thriller. Even the unconventional climax is a huge let down.
