Swathi, the vivacious Telugu girl who has several popular hit films to her credit, is turning a singer once again. Swathi will soon be singing for a peppy number in the upcoming Tamil film ‘Appa Takkar’, starring Trisha and Anjali. Icing on the cake is that the song has been composed by happening composer SS Thaman and popular Tamil hero Simbu will join Swathi for the duet.
This is not the first time that Swathi is singing for a film. Earlier, she sang the hit number ‘A Square B Sqaure’ in Naga Chaitany’s ‘100% Love’ in Devi Sri Prasad’s music direction. The song will be recorded soon and Swati is quite excited about the recording.
Even after her last Telugu film ‘Karthikeya’s success, Swathi seems to be in no hurry to accept films here and is currently busy with her Tamil and Malayalam projects.
