Film stars often turning playback singers is nothing new. But comedians showing their singing skills is indeed a rare feat in Telugu films. In the past, star comedians like Babu Mohan, Brahmanandam and recently JP turned playback singers.
Joining this elite league now is Ali, the star comedian who has been enthralling comedy lovers since several decades. Ali recently recorded a song for the upcoming youthful romantic entertainer, Padesave. What’s even more special is that Ali himself penned the lyrics, apart from lending his voice for the song.
Anup Rubens composed the tune, and the song’s lyrics will be quite hilarious in typical Ali’s style. Directed and produced by Chunia, Padesave is slated for a February 26 release.
