The stage is all set for the grand worldwide release of Nagarjuna’s Manmadhudu 2 on August 9. Expectations are quite high on this romantic entertainer. In the movie, Nag plays an elderly man who is scared of commitment and marriage.
Speaking at a film’s promotional event recently, Nag said that many people wondered why he was doing a love story at this age. Nag, who’s going to turn 60 this month end, joked that he’s actually going to turn 30. “Love and romance don’t have any age limit. Anybody can fall in love and kiss at any age,” Nag said, indirectly explaining why he decided to act in the movie.
Manmadhudu 2 is directed by Rahul Ravindran and it stars Rakul Preet, Vennela Kishore, Akshara Gowda, Lakshmi, Samantha and Keerthy Suresh in key roles. Nag has co-produced the film in association with Gemini Kiran and Viacom18.
