After lying low with back-to-back debacles over the past couple of years, hero Ram is back in the limelight, thanks to the humongous success of his recent outing, iSmart Shankar. Apart from the box-office, Ram is also ruling the roost even on the popular video streaming platform, YouTube.
Ram became the first South Indian film star to have three of his dubbed movies amass more than 100 million views each on YouTube. Ram also has the highest number of YouTube subscribers (7,00,000 plus) for any South Indian actor.
Ram’s super hit romantic drama, Nenu Sailaja, has been dubbed in Hindi as The Super Khiladi 3 and released on YouTube. So far, the film has clocked over 105 million views on YouTube.
And then, his Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi was dubbed as No. 1 Dilwala and turned out to be his most liked film by amassing nearly 118 million views and over 837K likes. The film’s Hindi version also holds a record for having the highest number views in a single day (30 million) among all other South Indian movies.
Finally, Ram’s Hello Guru Premakosame was dubbed as Dumdaar Khiladi and it was released on YouTube recently. Within no time, the film has attained more than 100 million views. These numbers prove Ram’s growing popularity among the Hindi belt audiences.
