It’s been more than one and a half years since Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero hit screens. Since then, SRK has been making his fans impatiently wait for the big announcement of his next project. Until recently, the King Khan was rumored to have been in talks with a few top directors from Bollywood and even Kollywood.
Finally, it’s almost certain that Shah Rukh’s next film will be directed by leading Bollywood filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani, the maker of the blockbuster entertainers like Munnabhai MBBS, 3 Idiots and PK. And here are some interesting updates on the story of the SRK-Hirani film.
Apparently, the film is touted as a social comedy like all other Hirani movies. The story is about immigration, where the protagonist migrates from Punjab to Canada. The story and SRK’s character will make the audiences laugh and cry. Size Zero and Manmarziyaan writer Kanika Dhillon has written the script in association with Rajkumar Hirani and his regular collaborator Abhijat Joshi. The film will be going on floors once the shootings resume.
