Isha Talwar, who played the second lead role in Gunde Jaari Gallanthayindhe is on cloud nine that her debut film has become a huge hit. She spoke to the press about her her journey as an actress, she said, “I played a small role in Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai, in which I was one of Aishwarya Rai’s sisters. That film was shot in Hyderabad and I think I have a special connection with the city. After graduating from St Xavier’s college in Mumbai, I did quite a few commercials and music videos, including one with Hrithik Roshan before landing in movies. I am thrilled that my first film in Telugu is a big hit. It was a good experience shooting with the entire team in Hyderabad and Dubai.”
Nithin praised her dedication and said, “She knew that she didn’t have a big role in the film, but she was extremely dedicated on the sets and learnt all her dialogues. Isha is also a fabulous dancer. Unfortunately, she didn’t have an opportunity to showcase her dancing skills in the film. Now that her debut film is a hit, I’m sure she’ll bag a lot more films in future.”
She’ll soon be seen in a Tamil film titled Thillu Mullu which is going to release in May and also stated that she’s listening to some more scripts. “I am not here for glamour. My father has been in film industry for more than 30 years and currently he’s handles the distribution for Boney Kapoor. I’m well versed to how things go on in film industry. As long as I like the script, I have no problem acting films in any language and I’ll ensure that I work really hard to dojustice to my role,” Isha Talwar said.
