The HIT franchise created by Sailesh Kolanu has earned a good reputation among Telugu audiences. So far, three films, HIT, HIT 2, and HIT 3, have been released in the franchise. Vishwak Sen starred in the first part, Adivi Sesh led the second one, while Nani headlined the third chapter.
Sailesh is said to be gearing up to take HIT 4 onto the floors and is currently focusing on script work. It was already revealed in the third part that Karthi will play the lead role in the fourth installment. This was clarified with Karthi’s cameo in the climax of HIT 3.
Karthi, who recently suffered a major setback with Vaa Vaathiyaar, has reportedly allotted bulk dates for HIT 4 in 2027. Speculations also suggest that the makers are planning to begin shooting early next year. It remains to be seen what kind of crime will be showcased in HIT 4. However, before commencing HIT 4, Sailesh will work on a rom-com entertainer.
